I am thrilled to be performing the Brahms Violin Concerto with the Mississauga Symphony Orchestra! If you haven't already, buy tickets for this exciting program on Saturday October 15 2022, 8pm in Hammerson Hall at the Living Arts Centre, Mississauga. This is one of the truly great concertos written for violin and represents Brahms at the height of his powers as a composer. It is the culmination of one the greatest artistic collaborations with input from his friend, the brilliant violinist Joseph Joachim, who wrote the virtuosic cadenza for the first movement of this work.
